Working for a brand like Nike, we wanted to give our audience a fun and unique experience that spoke to the brand as well as Professional Skateboarder - Nicole Hause. We wanted to create an atmosphere that catered to all ages, whereas so many skateboarding events are only catered to the youth. Taking inspiration from the Midwest to European Pipeline of Warehouse Rave Scenes and mixing it with Nicole’s Y2K Hip-hop music video Aesthetic, every little detail mattered.
From vinyl wrapping the quarter-pipe, putting a DJ on the roof of a limo, installing a CRT TV wall with Nike graphics, to the chains hanging from the ceiling to mimic the bracelet on the Dunk, our vision was executed exactly how we wanted it.
